The start of a new academic year is here, and I don't know about the rest of you but I've been insanely stressed, which has ultimately led to a lack of skin and haircare in my daily routine. We all want to look our best when stepping back into the world after what has been the strangest 6 months, and I can guarantee these 4 products will make you feel like you can take on the world.

First up is Revolution Skincare Angry Mood Soothing Overnight Facemask.
This retails at £8, but it is currently reduced to £4.75 on Beautybay (its a steal, buy quickly!). It's a soft jelly-like mask, that sinks into the skin to calm it overnight, and honestly its so amazing for the price. A little goes a long way, so you can really make it last. It has a mild but pleasing scent, and is vegan AND cruelty free! I've seen real results using this, and its ideal if you cannot be arsed to do a ten step nighttime routine, just clean your face, whack this stuff on and sleep, and your skin will be good as new in the morning.

Next up is The Body Shop's Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter. Ive actually had this product for a while, and only recently started using it but I truly am in love already. It melts away dirt, makeup and impurities, and is suitable for sensitive skin. The camomile gives a subtle floral aroma, and calms and soothes the skin. It sells for £11/12 for a large 90ml tin, and like the last product, a little goes a long way. I use this in the mornings and evenings, as it preps my skin really nicely for makeup, and makes sure its all gone before I sleep.

Third is Shea Moisture's Bamboo Charcoal Purification Masque. Other listed ingredients are African Black Soap, Tee Tree Oil and Willow Bark extract. This retails for around £11 in Boots, which is a tad on the expensive side for a hair mask, however, I think its so so SO worth it. I brought this because I've been suffering with a really dry scalp, and I also have bleached ends, so my hair wasn't in great shape. I'd dried a couple of oils but nothing seemed to make a dramatic impact, specifically nothing helped my scalp. Now, im writing this after one use and oh my god I CANNOT STOP TOUCHING MY HAIR. It honestly feels the softest and most hydrated ever. Im obsessed.

Last, but most certainly not least, is my new holy grail. The Ordinary's 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane Oil. Now, I normally stay away from oils, as my breakouts are bad enough, but this stuff is insane. It can be used on both hair and face, and I'm already halfway through the bottle. It makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated, it sinks into the skin really well and doesn't feel greasy at all. Ive also been applying it to damp hair before I dry it (just on my bleached ends, they hella dry), and it makes such a difference instantly. Like most of the products I use, a little does go a long way with this one. And, if you're not already convinced, it costs a whopping £2.75 on Beautybay. I repeat, £2.75! Buy it, buy it now!
Hope this inspires you to really take care of yourself, and treat yo self! It's been a rough year, you deserve it. If you know of any more products like these that you love, or if you give one of these ones a try, let me know! I love making friends :)
Wash your hands, and wear a damn face-mask,
All the love,
